Double room to rent close to Glasgow City Centre

Looking for a young professional to rent out the second bedroom of my two bedroom flat on Alexandra Parade in Glasgow’s East End. The flat is well maintained and has great links into the city centre as well as great local conveniences, including a Co-op, Domino’s and Subway. Alexandra Parade station is 5 minutes’ walk away and the bus stop is pretty much at the door step with buses around every 6 mins. Merchant City is walking distance in around 25 minutes.

The total rent for the flat is circa £700, which is divided 50/50 between us and even split of bills on top, therefore you would be paying circa £470 per month. Rent is in advance and paid on the last day of the month before (comes out my account on the 1st). Full time professionals preferred for council tax and financial security reasons. Please note that that this price may change as I am currently looking for a better deal on the internet and utilities.

You would be sharing with a 26-year-old male full time professional (Structural Engineer) who likes their own space as much as socialising, so someone similar would be fantastic. Interests include rugby, fitness, cooking, comedy and Marvel movies. Any questions, feel free to ask.
