Spare rooms in a nice, friendly flat in a cool area. The bedrooms have a quiet view onto the garden. Large oak tree surrounded by grass which you'll see birds, squirrels and foxes on.

The rooms come furnished. They get the light from early morning and are bright and spacious.

The flat is top floor (1st) and is heated by gas central heating. The flat heats up quickly in the winter and is cosy.

Close enough to the city centre but far enough away to not deal with the downsides. Parking is plentiful and safe.

Great public transport links and motorway on the door step.
You can cycle into the city centre in minutes 12 to be exact if you're quick! Buses are regular and trains too. Subway station is 15 mins walk away.

Close to the super hospital and not too far from all universities.

Gas, electricity, council tax, internet and all other bills are covered. no extra payments required.

Two very nice parks on the door step, as well as a great leisure centre and shops.

I am a male in my early thirties. I have a keen interest in outdoor pursuits such as biking, climbing, skating, surfing...
