Southside flatmate needed for short term let! <3

Hi there!

I'm Courtney and I'm a young care worker currently living between my flat in Strathbungo, Glasgow, and London. My current flatmate is leaving to teach English in China soon so I'm desperately looking to fill his room until I go to university at the beginning of September - this is only a temporary room as a result, so would probably be best for a couple seeking a flat together or someone who needs a short term space while preparing for University (like myself!). I'm a bit of a bitter aul feminist killjoy, I'm really into electronic music (I occasionally DJ at events across the UK), and I also enjoy travelling with my boyfriend Chris and obsessing over dogs.

My top floor two bedroom sandstone tenement is located right next to Queen's Park station and right by Victoria Road, with amazing bus and train links to the City Centre. Lots of great shops and a nice park nearby too - I've been here four years and can honestly say it's been ideal for everything I need. The living room is very light and spacious and your bedroom has a nice view out across the station and over to the top of Queen's Park. There's also a decent sized bathroom with bath/shower.

I spend a lot of time working in London (over half the month) so I'm gone for the majority of the time and pretty desperate for someone I can trust to look after my place while I'm gone, as this is my home and I need it to be kept safe. I'd probably prefer a female or a chill couple, but I'm not too bothered as my last flatmate was male and we got on really well.

The £375 monthly rate covers your rent, energy bills, council tax + internet (split in half for couples) - please hit me up if you'd like some more details on this! There's a chance this rate may lower slightly when my flatmate moves out and I get all my bills adjusted, so I will keep you updated.
