Cheap room in the centre!

Hello potential flatmates.

We are a guy and a girl and we are looking for someone to join our gang.
The room is available ASAP.
We are looking for a nice, sociable person.
Ideally, a girl to keep the equilibrium flowing.
Maybe a student for CT reasons (but that also depends on the right candidate).
We have a somewhat artistic background (illustration and music).
Since we are a musical bunch, we welcome musicians - unless you play the recorder in which case, keep away!

CONS
- We are on Sauchiehall street so it can get a bit noisy at night. It will be fine if you are a night owl or just a heavy sleeper.

PROS
- You'll get to hang out with us :-)
- We are tidy, listen to loads of music, have movie nights on our cool projector and like to be social and do dinners with friends.
- Again, it is a social flat. But that also means we also respect each other's privacy and need for some quiet. Also, we have the occasional party every few months.
- We'd rather not smoke but once in a while, is fine.
- If your background is in arts or music we'll prob get along fine.
