Large student ensuite room to rent

Hey,

Moving out of my accomodation at Unite Students Blackfriars, so the room is available once more. It's the largest of the rooms available in blackfriars. Features an ensuite bathroom. Communal kitchen / living room features a balcony overlooking merchant city from the 8th floor so has a really nice view of Glasgow. Kitchen cleaning is done once a week by staff.

Broadband is free, all bills included.

Flatmates are various students. Fairly quiet though friendly bunch!

There are only 8 flats of this type (premium ensuite 4) at blackfriars so they tend to be in high demand.

Room is furnished with a desk, 2 pu leather chairs, a wee chair I'm not sure how to describe, 3/4 bed and mattress, wardrobe and bedside table. Under bed storage as well as shelves as pictured.

Internet is ~40mbps down usually.

Reception on the ground floor which features a washing room, free printers.
