We are looking for a student to fill one room in our lovely 4-bedroom flat. The flat is situated in a great location for students. Strathclyde, Glasgow and Cali are a 20-minute walk away and Glasgow School of Art is only 5 minutes away.
The room: all black IKEA furniture included. Very roomy like the rest of the flat, has a window seat, great for reading and relaxing, is south facing and has double glazed windows.
The flat: consists of 4 big bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The rent is £99pw +£30 utilities (pm).
