Student accommodation Merchant Studios

Hey,
If you are looking for a short term stay (till end of August) or even extending, this ad is for you!
I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this nice en -suite room in the private student accomodation of Merchant Studios, and 7 minutes walk from the Strathclyde Uni'. It's also 5 minutes far from the city centre, and there's many supermarkets and shops so close (3 min Aldi, 5 min Tesco).

The building is new, with a big common area with a big tv, pool, sofas. The rent is only 139£ per week, all the bills are included. The room is available from the beginnig of April, and my tenancy ends on 31st of August. If you can book after april, it is still ok; send pm to me!.
The room is a double-bed one, with a big desk, chair, wardrobe, heater and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is big and equipped with everything.
