Hi - I’m a 24 year old Irish male who is looking for a flatmate, as my flatmate has just moved to London. Offering a double room with en suite to rent in the City Centre.

It’s a small, cosy modern flat in a private block of flats with security and a concierge. Less then a ten minute walk to Charing Cross station and shops/restaurants in the city centre. There is also a gym next door to the building.

The room has a chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe. The flat itself has wifi, Sky Go, BT sport and Netflix for all your entertainment.

I’m a full time professional working in the city, so will be spending most of my time in work during the weekdays, relaxing in the evening time, usually watching tv. At the weekend I enjoy going out for drinks, doing things out and about but also like chilling out as well.

I’m easy going, and enjoy socialising with others and respect the privacy of others so hoping my flatmate is of a similar nature! Ideally I would also like a professional for council tax reasons.

Rent is £390 pcm excluding bills.

Council Tax is band F so works out as £140 each pcm (over ten out of twelve months), whilst electric and WiFi works out at around £50 per person each month.
