Double Room to rent Merchant City asap

My flatmate is moving to Edinburgh so looking for someone to fill her room in our flat in Merchant City - ideally asap but needs to be by the end of June. Would definitely also need to be someone willing to do a changeover of tenancy from my current flatmate with the letting agent.

It's a nice flat in a great location so I'd love to stay in it if possible!

It's a 2 floor flat with shared living room, bathroom and kitchen (and a balcony!). The room available is the entire second floor so plenty of room and privacy. The building has secure entry.

I'm 25 and work in Student Welfare at Stirling Uni. I'm pretty easy going but like to keep the flat looking nice. I keep busy going out with friends, running etc. but I spend a few evenings in a week too. Looking to live with someone relatively similar.
