Metropolitan Penthouse Apartment in City Centre

I'm looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person to take the other bedroom in my flat in 'The Bridge' apartment complex. It's a lovely flat with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the lower floor and a toilet, kitchen and living room on the upper floor. It's the highest floor in the building and has some great views looking out into the west of Glasgow.

I'm a student going into my final year in Product Design at Strathclyde and work a lot too. I'm meticulously tidy and like to be sociable, go out and have people around whenever I'm not swamped with work.

The room's available from July. Viewings anytime that suits you on Thurs-Sun. References not required but preferred.
