Double room available in west end/city centre

Hi,

We have a double bedroom available in a three-bedroom flat. The room is fully furnished and comes with a built-in wardrobe. The flat includes a shared living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and plenty of storage space.

The flat is located in Garnethill - a quiet area, close to the city center and the west end. It is within walking distance from Glasgow University (20 minutes away), Glasgow Caledonian University (10 minutes away) and Strathclyde (15 minutes away) and the school of Art is just around the corner of our street. The nearest subway station is Cowcaddens, and there are many bus stops in the vicinity of the flat.

The monthly rent includes council tax and broadband. The household is fully electric, the bills range between £30-£50 per person per month, depending vastly on the season.

Full disclosure - there isn't much light coming through the window of the room, so if the window view matters to you, this probably isn't your flat.

The perfect flatmate would be someone who would keep the place clean and tidy and maintain the friendly environment we have in the flat.
