Single occupancy: £440 monthly (or £110 weekly)
Couple occupancy: £600 monthly (or £150 weekly)

Deposit of one month's rent required.

Includes everything you might need: tables, mirrors, chairs, wardrobe, bed linen, laundry basket, and clothes airer.

Close to universities and art school, subway, bus and rail stations, Tesco supermarket, library, the city centre, Kelvingrove park, and many restaurants/cafes.

Kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker oven, blender, fridge, freezer, kettle, slow cooker, TV (casting), and small living area with couch.

New gas central heating system, thermostatically controlled.

The let is for up to 5-6 months starting in January.

All bills, taxes, and internet (50 mb) are included in the rent, as well as certain consumables such as toilet paper and washing up liquid.

Sharing with one other person (me). You must like cats.
