Main requirement: FEMALE (PhD) STUDENTS ONLY
We're looking for a flatmate from the 15th of March for a lovely 3-bedroom flat just behind the Strathclyde University library! The rent is £410/month and bills usually end up at around £110/month in winter (or £70 during summertime) and there is a £410 deposit. The flat is pretty much brand new as it was renovated just before we moved in and has a really homey feel to it. Me and my other flatmate are both PhD students at Strathclyde uni and we're both friendly and neat people! We would be preferably looking for another student (preferably PhD or postgraduate) as we are both exempt from paying council tax.
The dog in the picture is moving out with my flatmate unfortunately, but she lived there for a couple of years so if you have any allergies please have that in mind.
If you're interested and would like to find out more please hit me up! Please give a description of yourself in the message, otherwise you will not be considered.
Males and professionals will not be considered.
Thanks!
