If you like good scenery, Kelvingrove Park is less than a mile away! Although the city centre is just a stone throw away, the flat is in a quiet area so you will get a good night's sleep!

Rent includes high speed broadband. Gas, electric and council tax is separate to the rent and will be shared with the existing housemate.
