Currently 2 4th year and a 3rd year tenants. We area friendly chilled bunch and the space has come about due previous tenants relocating out of the city. The remaining tenants are two mechatronics engineers and a computer scientist that are into all things tech and gaming. The household tends to be quiet during the week with us studying and gaming, so we are looking for a likeminded flat mate that’s a little more chilled through the week but is definitely up for weekend parties. The flat is strictly non smoking and the new tenant must be clean and tidy.

Great location 15 mins from the university and 5 mins from Sauchihall street, but in a quiet side street.
