I’m looking for a flatmate to move in to my cosy 2 bedroom flat around the end of summer. It is located in the quieter business district of Glasgow city centre. It is only about a 5 minute walk from both Central station and Charing Cross. In walking distance to Strathclyde, Glasgow Caledonian and Glasgow Uni.
It is an 11th story flat has amazing views of the city. It has a concierge and security cameras so very safe building. The flat has an open plan living room and kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It comes fully furnished even with all pots/pans/plates/cutlery. The room comes with white furniture- bed, mirror, wardrobe, bedside table, chair. Also we have lovely neighbours!
I am 22 currently studying a masters in clinical health psychology at Strathclyde. I would like to stay with a girl around my age who is laid back, sociable, respectful and will get on with me and my friends. So wouldn’t mind me having my boyfriend or friends over at the flat. The rent is £325 per month plus bills.
For bills Wi-fi is £10 each, energy is about £40-50 each. Then the council tax is Band F so quite expensive. The flat might be better for students since we’re exempt from council tax.
