PLEASE READ SPECIFICATIONS - I'm looking for a Monday-Friday lodger for my spare double room in Merchant City. I'm a young professional who's mostly office based with occasional wfh. LGBT household with a regular dog visitors - if either of those things are an issue please move on. Would prefer professionals for council tax purposes but willing to negotiate if mature students etc are looking for a weekday let. Due to volume of applications, won't be personally responding to anyone looking for a full time long term let. Looking for Monday-Friday let but would be open to full time on a shorter term basis.
