A flatmate of us will be away for an exchange abroad, so one of the bedroom will be available for rent from April 2024 - July 2024. The rent is £750 per month bills not included. **NOW AVAILABLE FROM MAY-JULY 2024 ONLY**

The available bedroom comes with double bed and also has private bath (No need to share with others at all). The bedroom is also well furnished with closet, electric radiator and sun block roller blind.

Living area, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer function are to be shared with the other 2 flatmates. All shared area are well equipped with 4 seater sofa, dining table, cooking utensils, kitchenware, oven, microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle, working station with ergonomic chair, All in one printer+copier, 1 GB fibre broadband (10 times the speed of standard broadband).

The apartment is located right in Glasgow city centre;

-3 minute walk to Stockwell Street Bus Stop for bus No.2, 60, 61, 64, 60A.

-5 minute walks to St. Enoch Shopping Centre/Argyle Street Station (Scotrail)/Sainsburys/100 Supermarket (Asia grocery).

-6 minute walk to St. Enoch Subway Station/Buchanan Shopping Street

-12 minute subway to University of Glasgow (St. Enoch Station to Hillhead Station)

-12 minute walk to Glasgow Central Station

-13 minute walk to University of Strathclyde

£500 of security deposit required for monthly let and shall be fully refund if the room was kept clean upon departure with no excessive use of energy during the stay. Half of the security deposit shall be paid to secure the room once agreed, another half can be paid on move in day together with first month rent.

Weekly let all bill included considered at the rate of £250. (£250 of security deposit required)

Daily let all bill included considered at the rate of £40. (£100 of security deposit required)

We are female student and recent graduate from UofG and would prefer a female flatmate(s) that is also tidy, respectful and quiet to join our apartment.
