One-bedroom self-contained studio flat for a full-time student, located in private student halls.
I am a current resident at gallery apartments and I am searching for someone to take over my tenancy agreement as I have no exams over the summer diet.
Ideally hoping to leave the property around the 4th of March but could be flexible around this date. The tenancy contract currently runs to the 13th of July however this could be extended to the start of September if required.
The room is a studio, self-contained student apartment - including an ensuite with shower, a kitchenette with sink, two hobs, combination oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, and breakfast bar/eating area. The living area contains a super king sized bed with under-bed storage, a large wardrobe, a full-body-length mirror, a desk, and a nightstand.
Total floor space is approx. 24 square meters.
This flat is situated within private student accommodation, with all bills included. Additional facilities that come with the tenancy include a gym, study area, movie room, laundry facilities (Circuit), and a large recreational area.
I can attest that the room always has hot, high-pressure water, fast and reliable wi-fi and ethernet, and low noise levels.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance quickly responds to issues and can fix most problems within a day or two.
The flat is conveniently located close to The University of Strathclyde, City of Glasgow College, and Glasgow Caledonian University; making it ideal for local students. Buchanan bus station is located just around the corner from the property and many shops and services are located within a 5-10 minute walk. A Sainsburys is located next to the property.
