En-Suite at Buchanan View

Hi,
my name is Lea and I am moving out of my room at the student accommodation Buchanan View and need someone to replace me. My contract runs until the 8th of July, but it can easily be extended until August, and if you want to stay for the next semester, you can easily book the room again. The rent until July 8th would be 139£ per week but if you want to stay longer than that it would be 159£ per week.

My flatmates are all very nice people and it is very close to the university (Strathclyde and Caledonian). Students at Strathclyde University can also benefit from free gym membership at Strathclyde Sport when staying here.
The desk is very big which means you have a lot of space to use for studying.

- Communal kitchen and living space with up to 5 en-suite rooms per flat
- 13.2m² approximately
- Small double bed
- Underbed storage, wardrobe, personal study space with desk and chair included in the room

Please note that the room can only be rented by students as it is a student accommodation.
