Handy Student Ensuite Room (Anytime May onwards)

Hello,

I am offering up an ensuite room at Foundry Courtyard (5m walk from Uni of Strathclyde and Buchanan bus station). It is available from May onwards, suitable for short stays (May 3rd - August 25th)

The room is on the top floor of the building, nice and quiet area. Very easy to keep clean. You get a beautiful view of the sunrise in the mornings during the summer too (photo included). Shower has great pressure and shower/tap water is quick to heat up. Kitchen has a big fridge/freeze and lots of storage space (also a storage cupboard right beside the room).

If you are looking for a place that is close to Uni of Strathclyde and handy to city centre amenities and transport, this accommodation is the place to be.

Has fantastic Wi-Fi connection and quick download speeds. Bills are included and the room has good ventilation (clothes dry relatively quick near window) and is easy to heat if needed.

Washing machines/dryers, basic gym (cable machine and cardio) also available.

You would be sharing with 5 other friendly, easy-going undergrad students who are at Uni of Strathclyde (4 female, 1 male).

Get in touch if you are in need of a place to stay over summer. You would need proof you are a student (ID would do) and your email address (I would be forwarding these onto the staff to get you sorted with the move).
