Ensuite Double bedroom Buchanan View Student Roost

My son is looking for someone to take over the tenancy of his en-suite double bedroom at Buchanan View, Student Roost accommodation. The room will be available from 1st of May until 7th July, at which point you can easily extend your stay through Student Roost if you wish. I'm happy to help you liaise with the management staff at Student Roost to make arrangements that suit you. Bills and council tax included in the price, so nice and simple!

Please see the photographs which are of your actual room and shared kitchen/sitting area, taken at the beginning of the academic year. There are currently 2 females and 3 males sharing the kitchen, but like my son, some of these flatmates are moving out soon, so the kitchen area will likely be quiet. As you can see, it's a light and bright room on the 6th floor of the building. It has a double bed, great under bed storage, a small wardrobe and drawers. The desk area is huge, perfect for study! The ensuite bathroom is small and easy to keep clean. The room itself  has it's own secure door entry fob and the whole block has great security with CCTV, contents insurance and a super friendly management team on reception.

Buchanan view is just minutes walk away from both Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian Universities and City of Glasgow College. Similarly, it is a very short walk to Buchanan Bus Station, all the city centre shops and a local Tescos.  

Buchanan view has a great common room and good laundry facilities. It has a large sunny garden areas with seats perfect for soaking up the rays. Please see the Student Roost website for more details and images:
