I have a very comfortable dual occupancy studio apartment for rent at Dobbies Point, Student Roost, G4 0PY. It’s 3mins walk from Glasgow Caledonian University, 5mins walk to Buchanan bus station, 8mins walk to University of Strathclyde, and 10mins walk to the vibrant Glasgow city centre with every amenity close to you.

The apartment is suitable for students, partners or couples, siblings, or friends that don’t mind staying together as long as one person is a student. It is all bills inclusive, furnished, has access to study halls, and private group study rooms for use, cinema room, gym, laundry room, terrace roof top for your use when you book (booking is free), and 24/7 reception available. It comes with a Tv and Netflix and prime subscription, we can gift you the office chairs and the dining table if you need one, we also have a humidifier we can leave.

It comes with every thing as seen in the pictures shared except the big television, the fan, the air fryer, blender, jug and the rack. We also left the jacket hanger. Bike parking is also available.

We are looking for someone to stay till the 24th of August (the end of the tenancy), but you can start a new tenancy with the landlord for the next academic year if you want to.
