TENANCY TAKEOVER AT MERCHANT STUDIOS - GLASGOW!

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my current studio apartment at Merchant Studios. It's a Bronze studio (actual price £250 per week, but I'm leaving it at 199 for the takeover!), and dual occupancy is allowed, which means the price can be split between two people. all bills included.

It's available since June (we can discuss the day of entry) or early July, until Aug. 24th. If you want to rent the same studio for the year 2024-2025, you can do so, and no longer have to leave on the 24th :)

Merchant Studios is the #1 student accommodation in Glasgow ;) it's comprised of only studio apartments, and students can either live alone or share their studio with someone else.

- Located in city centre
- Walking distance from strathclyde, glasgow caledonian and city of glasgow, but uni of glasgow can also be reached by subway
- Students only
- Dual occupancy allowed
- Common areas: game room, study room, TV room, games, meeting room, gym, laundry, lounge.
- No pets, no smoking allowed
