Need (Full Time) Student To Takeover Student Accom

Hi there!

Will be leaving my student accommodation apartment at St Mungo's Student Roost right next to Strathclyde Uni campus! It is contracted until the 7th July 2024 and looking for someone to take over the tenancy from now until (preferably) no later than the 1st May (as that is when the next rent is due!). If you are not available until later on in May until 1st June then that is acceptable as well :)

If you would like to stay longer than 7th July that is no problem (maybe you would like to stay for the next academic year!), just let me and the accommodation know.

MUST BE A FULL TIME STUDENT, and it is a SHARED FLAT, not a studio

I should let you know that the it is an all-male flat as of now, but anybody is welcome to take over the tenancy. It is also a 6th floor flat with a terrific view from the kitchen and bedroom.

All bills included, en-suite, lovely sociable vibe from reception and other students living there, AMAZING LOCATION

You can find all photos, facilities, reviews, etc online at St Mungo's, Glasgow on Student Roost. But one of the nicest and comfortable facilities I have experienced as a student all round!
Including pool table, table tennis, huge study room, cooking/dining room, cinema room, and some great social events and tournaments set up by reception all the time!
