The rent is £135 per week for an accessible room (room is much bigger than regular ensuite currently listed on the website for £189). Room will be fully cleaned before move in. Room has an accessible ensuite, large shower, electric heating, under-bed storage, desk, drawers, wardrobe, chair, shelves, small double-bed (can fit 2 persons).
No council tax as it is student accommodation!
