Rent is £180, all bills included

The room is fully furnished with a private kitchen, bathroom, double-size bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, TV, under-bed storage, fridge, freezer, Oven(Microwave available), table, several chairs, mini sofa, Large windows
and free wifi available.
and the size of the room is 23.9sqm (The biggest room in the building)
You can also use the laundry room, gym, cinema, party room and amenities.

This accommodation is in the city centre, and the bus stop is just in front of the building. It takes only 7 minutes to get to the Glasgow School of Art on a walk and 25 minutes to walk from the University of Glasgow.

I can offer you cleaning items if you want
ex) mop, mop replacement, drying rack....etc
