If you're looking for a fun filled summer, Buchanan View is your place. I want to transfer my lease to a female student. The lease ends in August 2024, and could be renewed for next year. It's a great opportunity to get the taste of surrounding and the accommodation itself, and one may move out as lease ends. Also, it's perfect for a short summer stay.

It's an ensuite in a 5-ensuites flat, having a modern, well equipped kitchen and sitting space. Common area having pool, table tennis, a garden, smoking room, and 24/7 reception support are available. Paid parking is also available.

It's a 5-10 mins walk from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow Caledonian and City Centre. Access to Buchanan Bus Station and Queen Street Train Station is within 8-10 min respectively. Tesco is within 5 mins walking distance. The ensuite is on 5th floor with a sun facing window and beautiful view.

It's a very happening place and staff is very friendly. From receiving your packages to guidance on your financial health — you can speak to reception people about anything. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and hope you would too.
