Room available (Charing Cross area)

Room available within a four bed flat - you’d be sharing the flat with three women and a cat and we’re looking for someone to move in by mid June

These photos are of the room that’ll become available, it’s currently the room of one of my flatmates but she‘ll be moving to the room that I’m leaving since it’s one of the bigger ones in the flat. All that to say, the room that’s advertised is still a good sized room with the option to rejig furniture should you wish to (as shown in the photos!)

Since it’s an older property, the rent is on the cheaper side, which is great considering the central location too. Total cost per month varies (due to the energy bills and if the flat needs more heating etc) but all in all, rent+bills shouldn’t go over £400
