1 double bedroom to let - flatshare.

Hi there,

I have one double bedroom to rent in a two bedroom second floor flat located in Glasgow city centre. The flat is centrally located close to St Enochs Centre and the subway is a couple of minutes walk away. The council tax bracket is band D. Bills, council tax and wifi are not included in the rent price. A deposit of £525 would be required as I am currently renting from a letting agent and there would be a shared lease to sign.

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom all of which are furnished. There is a spaceous hall and a large storage cupboard too. The double bedroom comes with a double bed and the previous tennant may be willing to sell her bedroom furniture if required.

My flatmate is due to move out the end ofJune therefore I am looking for someone to take over her part of the tenancy from then. I work full time, working a mixture of dayshifts and nightshifts. I love going out for brunch or going for a coffee and a walk and I enjoy going to the gym. I also like going for a few drinks and to concerts/ festivals as well.
