Have you ever thought "Today is the day I change my life"?

Well, this place cannot help turn your shitty life around, but, can certainly provide a nice place to live within a relatively tosser-free neighbourhood.
Up for grabs, a genuinely large, bright double bedroom, four walls and completely waterproof. I could lie on the floor in any orientation and not touch a thing!

And OMFG, the location is the absolute tits - a 4 minute, 46-second sprint to Glasgow Queen Street Station. The penthouse apartment is on the 5th floor on a quiet-ish road but a hot second away from the revelry found in Central Glasgow; as if you crazy cats need a reason to party. On the flipside, 10 minutes in other direction brings you to Glasgow Green; perfect for dog watching or nursing a Sunday hangover.

Your new housemates (soon to be regular mates): Caitlin, Dan, Connie and Tony are young professionals, first aid trained and proficient in Microsoft Excel. We like hanging out, binge-watching Netflix, and drinking wine to solve life problems - by replacing them with liver problems.

Back to the home: we have Gas, we have Electricity, we have Water on FLIPPING TAP. More so, we have a super chill landlord, underground parking, a squatty potty and a beer pong table. Did I mention there's a washer/dryer and two balconies?

So the question is, do you want to live within throwing distance of 4 and 1/2 bars? In the event of an alcohol-induced injury, wouldn't it be nice to be a 3-minute wailing stumble to Glasgow Royal Infirmary? Would you like to live in a place, full stop? If you answered yes to any of the above, well, this could be the apartment for you.
