One room to let/sublet in Charing Cross

Hiya! Looking for a nice & friendly flatmate to move in around summer, either in June/July, details can be discussed. It can either be a sublet for the whole summer, or move in for the whole academic year.

If moving for the entire year, a tenancy replacement would be happening, in which the rent would be around £580. If this is costly, there is an opportunity to combat it!

The flat is located very near the city centre [walking distance], and quite near the Uni of Glasgow as well. There is Lidl, Tesco, and Co-Op nearby. Loads of storage space in the flat too. It is fully furnished too, including a washing machine, ironing tools, bed, and a mattress [although the sheets have to be provided]. It has a communal kitchen and a bathroom, and two cupboards for storage.

The flat is very chill and lovely, and the current flatmates are easy to get along to. We are all students, and would be pleasant if the potential flatmate would be one too, due to council tax reasons. LGBT preferred as we are all queer. No parties or loud noises in the flat, we are all chill. :]
