Room takeover on sauchiehall st

Hi I’m moving out of my flat on sauchiehall st at the end of June so looking for someone to take over.

Rent is £470 a month not including bills. Looking for a working professional for council tax reasons. Council tax is £80 a month and flat bills are £35.

Room is furbished and includes a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk, desk chair and wooden shelf stand. Also has a window that opens up high which is great for letting fresh air into the room. Not included in the photos but there will be a double bed put in which will replace the single bed in the photos as promised by the landlord.
