Foundry Courtyard Student Accommodation

Hey, I am looking for someone to replace my room starting from 07/09/2024. It is a bronze en-suite and shared with 5 other people. The flat is #94 and room B. this contract lasts 51 weeks with the move out date to be 29/08/2025. A first instalment of £2,145 is required on 1st August 2024. From then onwards, rent is £975 per month starting from October 2024 and the last payment will be in May 2025.

This would be very suitable for students going to GCU or Strathclyde however, any students would be considered. It’s very close to Buchanan Bus Station and the city centre making it convenient to do shopping and go on nights out with friends.

All bills are included, there’s a cinema room in the building as well as a study area, games room, lounge, gym and outdoors sports court all of which are amazing to get the best out of your uni experience with friends.
