Female Student Flatmate (Bedroom Sublet)

Hi there, thanks for checking out this ad. My name is Keit and I'm advertising on behalf of my daughter Ellie, a final year undergraduate Glasgow School of Art student. She's looking to flat share and sublet a spare bedroom in a lovely 2 bed flat for 5months until end June 2026. The flat is within a traditional tenement building, minutes from Sauchiehall street and all of central Glasgow's shops and amenities. She's seeking a female student flatmate to enjoy the flat with her during her last semester at Uni and is ideally looking for someone that is relaxed, bright, outgoing, will keep the flat clean/tidy; and is keen to make friends.

This would ideally suit someone who is wanting to change/reset their current student accommodation situation for this student year. Everything is shared in the flat (- kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a Bath etc). Ellie would be happy to meet up for a visit but obviously being careful, she'd need to see a student card or alternative proof of your student status.
