Lovely Room in Brilliant West End Location

This is a great flat located just between the City Centre and the West End. It is right next to many restaurants and amenities. There is currently a shared kitchen and bathroom, with a room available for you. The current letting agent will require to go through a quick references process with you and we will require to sign a fresh lease, but when I moved in, this didn't take long at all.

The deposit is £550 (with mine already being paid). The rent is £1100 pcm, with bills equating to around £150 pcm, meaning the total monthly payment coming to £700 pcm. I would say however that that is probably an overestimate of the bills, so there will be money due back to you at the end of the contract.

I've been living here for just under a year and it is a great place to stay. It is extremely convenient for access to the city centre and the west end, and the area is great.
