Hey! We are 3 girls Jade (23), Holly (23) and Hannah(26) looking for a new flatmate in our social Sauchiehall Street 4 bed, two story flat.
The flat is lovely and modern with a new fitted kitchen, spacious shared living room, laundry room, washer, dryer, standing fridge and extra freezer space.
As a two story flat we have two bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs with a bath - each shared between two people.
The room is on the lower floor furnished with great light and a large wardrobe for storage. (Available Feb 1)
Rent is £500 per month with bills ranging between £100 - 120 (inc council tax). This flat is in council tax band C (£55 each per month).
We are a tidy, VERY sociable flat and would love for whoever moves in to be clean, have good experience taking care of a flat and blending well with flatmates. Anyone who loves a yap/pub quiz/margarita would fit in well as we would like to be friends with our flatmates.
We are all professionals working as a designer, a hotel receptionist and a teacher so no students and women only. We are not flexible on this so please do not reach out if this applies to you.
