I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Martha Street Apartments brand new student accommodation building. It is located in G1, less than 5 min walk from Strathclyde University and 10 min walk to the city center. It is a standard studio with a small double bed, a beautiful bathroom and your own kitchen space. The rent is 234 pounds per week including all bills. There is also a wardrobe, a desk, and other smaller pieces of furniture. The building offers plenty of common spaces, including study areas, a gym, a big common kitchen/hosting space, a cinema room, and other facilities. The room is also fully furnished with plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, storage boxes, pillows, duvets, and other stuff every student could need.
