I need to find a replacement tenant because I'm leaving Glasgow in December when my exchange semester at Strath ends.

This furnished classic ensuite room is on the sixth floor of St James House, part of the Abodus Student Accommodation group, and boasts a lovely view of the city. Measuring 13 square metres, it includes a fully equipped bathroom.

The kitchen and living area are shared with six other tidy flatmates. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of space (except for cooking equipment, plates, cutlery, etc.).

Although its proximity to Strathclyde University makes it perfect for Strathclyde students, the flatmates are students from all over Glasgow.
The flat is well connected to the city's transport system, with bus stations on Cathedral Street and the Buchanan central bus station nearby.
But you don't need to take the bus to reach the city centre which is only a 10-15min walk away.
