Looking for a Replacement Tenant – Kyle Park House (Unite Students)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st December at Kyle Park House, part of Unite Students' accommodation near the University of Strathclyde. [10 mins by walk]

Rent: £722 per month

Deposit: No deposit required

Bills: All bills included (Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water, etc.)

No council Tax

Extras: Includes University of Strathclyde Sport membership [ Only for students studying at Strathclyde University]

Room: Ensuite bedroom with your own private bathroom

Flatmates: You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen and common room with 4 very friendly female students currently studying at the University of Strathclyde

Availability: From 1st December (tenancy takeover)

Please note: the replacement tenant must be a student enrolled (or about to enrol) in a master’s programme at any University in Glasgow.
