Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at foundry courtyard
Located in Townhead it is a short walk from Strathclyde, GCU, and City College. It is also a short commute to Glasgow uni.
Multiple shops and a takeaway just across the road and a Tesco about a 5 minute walk away and is only a 5 minute walk to Buchanan Bus Station.
The room is an en-suite on the 2nd floor, with a shared kitchen. The room is £165 per week bills included. Must be a student. Move in date is negotiable, but preferably this month. The end date is around the end of August (I can find out the specific date for anyone interested).
The building holds different events through out the month as well as 24hr security, a gym, cinema room, pool table, communal room as well as study dedicated study areas around the building.
