Double room available in 3 bed flat on third floor. The space compromises of one bathroom (landlord currently thinking of renovating), shared kitchen, storage room, bright dining and sitting area.

Looking for someone who is easy going, willing to have a chat but also respectful of eachother spaces and willing to share in keeping on top of keeping the space clean.

Current housemates are healthcare professionals (Irish, female, 24-25) working Monday-Friday with some weekend working.

The landlord is really nice, generally there is no problem fixing anything that needs fixing, and he likes the flat to be looked after.

Rent includes Wi-Fi and television licence. Other bills council tax (band B, £189/mth…£63 each) and electricity and shared household (cleaning supplies and TP) are extra and divided equally. There is plenty of on street parking available (city permit required).

The flat is located in Townhead, it’s generally a quiet area, 5 min walk to the GRI, and nearest gym, 10 min walk to buachanan bus station and 15min walk to queen street train station and sun way.

For council tax purposes looking for someone who is professional or agreeable to split the council tax 3 ways evenly.
