A spacious flat with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, two cupboards, and a boiler cupboard. It is all-electric (no gas) and is furnished with stuff like sofas, a washing machine, a couple tables, kitchen utensils, and cleaning equipment. I also have a TV.

Location!
This flat is on the second floor of a private block on Parsonage Square, just off of High Street. It has doorstep access to Glasgow City Centre and is especially good for areas like Merchant City, Glasgow Green, and the Barras. For amenities, it is around the corner to an Aldi, Tesco, and Morrisons and the area boasts many other different shops, food places, and pubs. It is a 20 minute walk from both main Glasgow stations and around the corner to High Street Station. Noise wise it is much quieter than the main streets but is not without noise from passing cars and people.

Flatmate!
I'm a young professional who graduated Maths in 2025. I like to run, hike, cook, and I own a bike. I am a tidy person who's lived here for over two and a half years and I've successfully kept two plants alive along the way. I don't smoke but don't mind living with a smoker as long as they do it outside.
