I have a bright spacious room in my 5th floor flat that's available now.

It's a beautiful 2 bedroom flat in Finnieston, the place to be in Glasgow! 15 minutes walk either to the city centre or the west end. There is a lift.

The flats are new, overlooking the Clyde and the famous squinty bridge. 2 minute walk from the Hydro/SECC for those gig nights.

All bills included and 100Mb superfast broadband!

I have an ensuite in my room so you would have full use of the main bathroom.

I have my own business designing a next generation power wheelchair, I work every day, I travel a lot and want somewhere clean and relaxing to come home to. I enjoy socialising and sharing living spaces as well as the peace and privacy of my own room.

I'm looking for a clean, sociable and hard working person who likes to have the odd chat, pint or bite to eat!

The flat comes with 2 free cats! They are both only a year old and are very well behaved except destroying Amazon boxes into a billion pieces, they never have accidents, they love cuddles and attention and to keep an eye on everything you do (they're weird), so hopefully you like cats! I have a fully automated feeder, litter box and water fountain so they are pretty much maintenance free!

Washer dryer 49'' 4K TV and dishwasher are all included too.

I have a mild physical disability called cerebral palsy, I'm fully independent however cleaning isn't easy for me so there is a cleaner who comes in once a week.

Grumpy flatmate bit in advance! Whilst I want you to make the flat your home and do whatever you like, I have a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, as I mentioned I often work long hours and I'm often away travelling. So I want to come home to somewhere that is, within reason, spotless! If you tend to create piles of things everywhere, leave stuff lying around, leave unwashed dishes for a few days or generally you don't notice things that are unclean like grubby surfaces, dirty floors or half washed dishes, then I probably won't be a good fit for you. I take pride in a clean and tidy home, it's a team effort and hope you do too! Grumpy bit over!
