En suite double room in nice student flat

A room in my student flat will be available from the 21st of September.

The Flat is located 2 minutes walk to Merchant City in a really nice area, with all supermarkets, shops (nice vintage ones), pubs and restaurants.
University of Strathclyde and Caledonian as well as St-Enoch subway and Central station are within 10-15 minutes walk.

About the flat, it is a big new-built flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. An open-space kitchen and a spacious living room. I have been living in this flat for more than a year and my previous flatmate and I tried to make this flat our home.

I am a Spanish international fashion business student and I share the flat with a PhD Scottish student. The room that I am leaving is a double ensuite room, with a built-in wardrobe and a 3-piece bathroom. I will leave all of the furniture that you see in the pictures, apart from the desk.

The rent is £365/month without the bills (£10 internet plus £20 more or less for electricity). And you will be asked for a deposit as well (£750) that you will get back when leaving the flat.
