Double Room in City Centre 325 p/m

Hi. My name is Lily, Im a 20 year old Architecture student at GSA. My flatmate is moving out in March and I need someone to replace her as I would like to carry on living in the flat. It is located in the east end of Glasgow, very close to Buchanan Street and St. George Square. It is a two bedroom apartment with a living room, a kitchen and one bathroom! It is a decent size and the rent is only 325 a month currently, plus around 60 in bills on top, which is considerably low for Glasgow! The location is right next to High Street train station and a 10 minute walk to the subway. There is an Aldi, tesco and a pharmacy just 2 minutes down the road. It is a great location with a great price.

I'm a very easygoing flat mate, I'm into art, architecture, movies, food and all that good stuff. I enjoy time to myself but also love socialising and spending a bit of time with my flatmate... I appreciate someone who is willing to share the chores :) I try my best to be clean and tidy but not OCD! Love a cup of tea and a chat in the kitchen and would like to live with someone who is responsible and that I can trust.
