We are looking for a friendly, sociable and respectful flatmate to replace me as I am moving down south for a new job.

The room on offer is a large lovely double bed room with plenty of storage space and a huge desk. There is 3 large closets and extra storage in the room. There is also a large en suite bathroom with huge bath and shower.

Absolutely all bills are included in the rent.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 other girls. Our flat is very homely and we've got a great living/kitchen space where we cook together most evenings. We enjoy all the usual stuff - going for a drink, a good boogie, comedy shows, working out etc.

The flat is conveniently located directly opposite Maryhill train station and is a 12 min direct train to Queen St station, there are also great bus links and we're less than 30 min beautiful river walk to Glasgow Botanics and Byres Rd (West End).

We're recent graduates and all work so would prefer a fellow professional but open to a student. As long as you're friendly, respectful and tidy, I'm sure we'll get along :)
