Bright double room in large West End flat...

We are looking for someone new to join us as our flat mate has just moved away. We're two professionals in our 30's and we keep a clean and relatively quiet house. We're sociable and enjoy a blether over dinner or beer, but we're also pretty independent and are often out and about seeing friends or at the gym etc

The flat has a large living room and dining kitchen. There is new double glazing and a new boiler and I try to keep the flat well maintained. The flat is a 4 minute walk to Patrick station, 1 minute to Kelvinhall subway and less than 10 minutes to the university and the top end of Byres Rd. There's on-street parking (£50 for an annual permit) and loads of shops and cafes nearby.

We're looking for a professional, preferably in their 30's. We're pretty relaxed and laid back and like a quiet and tidy flat to come home to. We're looking for someone similar to join us. If you're interested drop me a line.
