Comfortable and Friendly Flat in Glasgow West End

Double room available on quiet street in west end, walking distance to cafes, bars and shops and four minutes walk from Hyndland station. Sharing with a self employed textile designer, I work in a studio and sometimes work late but also enjoy being in in the evenings, cooking, and having friends around. I go out most weekends in some way and i'm fairly sociable, also have the odd visit from my dad and his border collie. Looking to share with someone who is happy to hang out sometimes but also content to do their own thing. The flat is very comfortable and the heating works well so it's nice and warm in the winter. There's also a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, and the bathroom has just been refitted so it's brand new. The room itself is a good size, and there's a good amount of storage. There is no TV but if you want one in the living room I don't mind if you want to bring one. A good place to come home and relax!
