Bright double room in large West End flat

Five minutes' walk from Glasgow University and a ten-minute bus ride from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, this top-floor flat in an A-listed terrace is close to all the best things the West End has to offer. Cafes, bars, banks and three supermarkets are all within easy reach, and the best ice cream can be found at Loop & Scoop across the road. The flat itself is set over two floors, with the spare bedroom on the lower level. There's a bathroom on both floors, so the smaller one is handy for the spare bedroom. The large living room faces west and the kitchen faces south, so both are bright and full of thriving houseplants. We are a professional couple (children's author from Canada and radio producer from London). We have had a variety of international students sharing with us in the past, and we can speak several languages (English, French and Portuguese). We both work at home so there is usually someone in for at least part of the day. We are a relaxed and friendly family, happy to chat but also to give you your own space. Our son (22) and daughter (24) and their partners live nearby and are regular visitors for dinner and movie nights, so we are a multi-generational household a lot of the time. We also look after a lovely dog now and then who belongs to an elderly neighbour. Saffy is a sweet little Spanish podenco who is very affectionate.
